A ‘Consular Camp’ is being organized by Embassy of India, Kuwait on Friday 19 May 2023 from 9 AM to 3 PM at Salah Falah Fahad Alazmi Farm (Subiya Road, Block 06, Near Small Jamiya, Abdaly, Kuwait)
2. In the consular camp, following services can be availed:
a. PASSPORT RENEWAL, including Online Form Filling, Photograph, etc.
b. PCC APPLICATIONS
c. RELATIONSHIP CERTIFICATE
d. DRIVING LICENSE EXTRACT
e. GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
f. SIGNATURE ATTESTATION
g. OTHER GENERAL ATTESTATION SERVICES
h. REGISTRATION OF LABOR COMPLAINTS (Both Visa-20 and Visa-18)
3. All attested documents will be delivered on the spot.
4. Free Medical Consultation of the Indian Nationals will be provided by the doctors of the Indian Doctors Forum.
5. Kindly note that only cash payment will be accepted for the consular services.

Q. 3: What are the requirements for getting a new Passport in lieu of lost/damaged Passport?
Ans: A Lost Report Circular from Maktab Al-Jawazaat Kuwait Passport Office, a written statement as per Annexure-F stating how the Passport was misplaced / lost / stolen, and whether this is the first instance of Loss of Passport, photocopy of the lost Passport, photocopy of the Civil ID of the applicant, along with Passport renewal fee as prescribed for the appropriate category, plus an additional Lost/Damaged Passport fee of KD 23.000 are required.
