Kuwait PAM Launched Online Services, To Resolve Domestic Labor Disputes
On its website, the Public Authority for Manpower has launched new electronic services to deal with domestic labor disputes.
In an interview with a local Arabic newspaper, the authority explained that its services allow either the employer or the domestic worker to file a complaint against the other party.
An electronic form portal is used for completing the required data, attaching documents related to the service, and acknowledging the validity of the provided data, according to the authority, provided that the final step is to apply for domestic labor and have it approved by a competent employee at the Regulating Domestic Labor Recruitment Department.
