Expatriate can now submit residency renewal application online
In a major step towards the complete online renewal of residency permit, expatriates can now submit
the residency renewal form online.
The Ministry of Interior has opened a new service on its website where an expatriate or the representative of the company (mandoub) where he works, can fill out the form for renewing residency or obtain a visit permit online. This will avoid submitting the printed application at the residency renewal department.
The new online service includes filling in all the data and verifying them and then obtaining a receipt.
Expatriates can submit the receipt at the residence departments to complete the rest of the procedures manually related to renewing the residency or obtaining a visit permit.
