Job Summary

The role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and replacing parts for Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, and MacBooks. Additionally, will be responsible to providing top-notch customer service.

Job Responsibilities

•    Diagnose issues with Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, and MacBooks.
•    Repair or replace defective components, such as screens, batteries, logic boards, and other internal parts.
•    Perform software troubleshooting and updates, including restoring and configuring iOS and macOS devices.
•    Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standards.
•    Handle receptionist duties, including accepting customers and receiving their products for service.
•    Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining repairs to customers and offering advice on device care.
•    Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
•    Document all repairs and services performed, including parts used and time spent on each repair.
•    Stay up to date with the latest Apple products, software updates, and repair techniques.
•    Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
•    Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service quality.

Candidate Requirements

•    High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.
•    2+ years of proven experience in repairing Apple products, with a strong understanding of Apple hardware and software.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
•    Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
•    Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
