– Tell me something about yourself?

– Why there are so many job changes in your CV?

Now imagine it is the candidate market and the candidate puts back similar types of questions to an interviewer:

– Tell me more about your company?

– Why there are so many negative reviews about your company?

An #interview is a skill that needs proper training. Unfortunately, most interviewers believe they have mastered this #skill and need no further training on conducting interviews.
