• Mailing Address (Philippine Address) Room / Floor / Unit No. & Building Name.
• House / Lot & Block No.
• Street.
• Subdivision.
• Metro Manila or Province.
• select city/Municipality.
• select Barangay.
• Postal code.
• Foreign Mailing Address.
• Address.
• City.
• Zip.
• select Country.
• select Registration Preference.
• Agree to the terms and conditions of the service after the process of confirmation that you are not a robot.
